Our UV LED hybrid retrofit installation with chill plates has transformed the ABG Digicon 330, making it fully capable of handling plastic substrates, overprinting, and varnishing on preprinted laminated tubes. This upgrade enables zero waste production with flawless color consistency, ensuring high-quality results for every job.
The compact and efficient UV LED system was effortlessly installed with no machine interface issues. Thanks to the small footprint of the LED units, they seamlessly fit inside the machine frame for a clean and integrated setup. Additionally, only one chiller was required for both units, perfectly aligning with the machine’s step-by-step and full rotary printing process for optimized performance.
